Edit right and left bars?

I am new to GeekLog. I enjoy its overall design a lot. I need to find out where I can edit the left and right columns HTML at. I use clean but have been customizing it. If anyone could just tell me which file I need to edit to change the two sides I would really appreciate it!!

@Dirk no thats not all . The two datas includes blockheader und blockfooter and so has the left and right blocks the same theme and this sucks !
