Install Problem

I'm running Windows 2000 with IIS 5.0, PHP 4.3.0, and Geeklog 1.3.7sr1. I have created the db, edited the config.php and lib-common.php file, but when I go to run the install.php file found in /admin/install/, I get the following message; "No input file specified. " Can someone help with this?

I was just about to make an identical post! I am having the same problem having made the same steps.
My research has led me to a number of answers that refer to the permissions and to changing some settings in IS Admin. I am using XP and have set the folders on my pc to have full access from all users and it still doesn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine was that post above. I have since cracked the problem. Yabba Dabba Doo!
I had the site URL wrong, maybe you have the same problem?? Remember to put the public_html directory to get to the site root, I had made the mistake of leaving it at geeklog level.
It's when you get one of these fixed after days and days of kicking the PC / cat / wife.
