normal users adding images!

I can't find out how to set geeklog so a registered user can upload and include images in their story... I want them to be able to upload as well from the web page as allowing <img> doesnt solve the upload thing. any ideas? am i being stupid here? I just dont want them all to be story admins!

Geeklog does not support image upload for ordinary users. bye, Dirk
