Anyone got any ideas on how to do frames with geeklog? Just point me in some kind of direction.

I know you can have a frame outside of geeklog, simply direct the outer frame to look at geeklog's homepage. Also you can use iframes within the boxes themselves for other utilities. Unfortunately I do not have a live demo of this yet. It really only took me a couple of hours of experimentation to do this though.

Anyone should think twice before using frames. Here are some pointers to common problems with frames.

You didn't even read what Dirk posted did you. Browser limitations are insignificant compared to other things:
Frames tend to cause problems with search engines, bookmarks, emailing links and so on, because frames don't fit the conceptual model of the web (every page corresponds to a single URL).
Have fun with your frames.

Well, I am glad you have it all figured out. In the meantime, I have integrated frames, provided many URLs (using a combination of static pages and frames). Before you stop your development efforts, you really should try them yourself and think outside the ''box' or, in your case, your "cube"

He's not in a box or cube. What he posted is true. Any competent webpage designer either stays away from frames or uses them minimally. Only rank amateurs like you flock to them. You're the one who needs to come out of old thinking into the modern age where the rest of us are.
