I have a guy who is trying to incorporate his php gaming system with my Geeklog site. He is quite bright but is having difficulties understanding how how the password is converted from clear-text to the coded format seen in the database. I am pretty sure it is MD5 encrypted but neither of us are well versed with this algorithm. Is there an easy way to make this happen? Many thanks..

It's as simple as $encrypted = md5 ($password); See usersettings.php, function saveuser(). bye, Dirk
