Yes and probably no... Guaranteed, you can get it to show up in a frame but having it function correctly could present a problem... Search for "Cross Frame Scripting Attacks" for a better definition of what I am talking about...
If you're framing it from the same domain you might not face the CFSA but if you think you can do it cross domain prepare to be faced with the CFSA... Good luck ---Victor B. Gonzalez

I disagree and here you go. I was so sick of people telling me that it couldnt be done. I use frames all over the place in my site http://www.landsense.us .
This is how you do it:
First, create a static page.
Then, in that static page insert the following code:
<iframe src="http://www.yoursite.com/whatever" height=700 width=100%>This is the text for people with old browsers. Click here to launch an external page</iframe>
