Images overlapping text?!

I there,
In need of some help on a site,
I am using the normal image tags [image1_right] etc and on some pages this works perfectly well.
But on other pages If i make the browser window smaller the image starts to overlap the text!!!
Any ideas on what this could be, all the images are the same file type and looking at the source codes i cant see anything wrong?
any ideas?
cheers!

I've tried to make mine do this with no success. Please post your html for this one paragraph so I can compare mine against yours and see if there is an obvious difference. You can put in dummy values for your URL and image name but please leave the rest of the info in the img tag.

i am using the [image] tags!
If I use just [image] rather than [image_right] or [image_left] then it will not overlap the text.
It is strange because it only happens on certain pages,
all similar sizes and same file format, happened on a few sites now, not a huge problem but very annoying!
cheers for any further info!
