Block Movement...

Anyone have a hack, or know of way that each user can move the blocks around to suit their styles. I.E. UserA can have the weather block at the top right, and UserB can have the weather block top left, etc.? Ideally it could be done from the main page small icons on the block titles.

There is no way to do this right now. User's can only control if certain blocks show up or not. ---The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.
