Hey how would i add a section to my site under the section panel? all that is there now is General News and i wanna add some more please let me know oh ya n how do i make my own theme? Thanks Mike

The "Sections" heading is a bit of a misnomer - these are called topics and you can create them from the "Topics" entry in your Admin menu.
