Need to add a Ratings System

I'm looking to add a ratings system for the comics on my site, FishTanked, and was wondering if any of you Geekloggers out there know of a script/hack/plug that might fit the bill.
Here's what Im looking for. I'd like each comic page to feature a simple pull-down menu where the comic can be rated from 1-5 stars (in 1/2 star incriments). Once that comic has been rated the corresponding star graphics would be displayed. For example, if the comic has an overall 5 star rating (as all of these comics should then 5 stars would be displayed and voting for that comic disabled. The second function of the script would be to gather the top 5 rated comics and display them in descending order in a block with their numerical rating (eg Comic Name : 4.5 stars, Comic Name : 3 stars).
Does anything even remotely close to this exist? If not would anyone be interested in creating it? I really don't have a budget for this project since I make $0 on FishTanked but I'd be able to offer the following in exchange for the script:
A nice little story thanking you and linking back to your site, 1 year's free ad banner advertising and a little link at the bottom of the top 5 comics block linking back to your site. I wish I could do more, but like I said I have no budget here.
Thanks.

Check out the 4images plugin. It does a gallery type thing with ratings. You can also add coments, download the picture, and email the picture to a friend, it gives a lot of cool stats to

The Geekary plug-in has a rating system built in. You could easily "play" your comic strips through a Media folder and accumulate ratings that way, or modify it to taste. I have modified the language file in my version to remove all references to the word "Geekary" and replace them with "Media Gallery". The players can be adjusted to suit your tastes as well (ie. window size , border , portal view) You can see what it looks like at curran.ca under Media Gallery (You'll have to login to see stuff)
