Well I've Geeked my site, added Lots O' Info and now need feedback... Please.

Brief background; Site is a real estate and community oriented site and is used to draw prospective buyers and or sellers. Most of the info is available to anonymous users but some is reserved for registered users.

What I would like is an honest opinion of whether it entices you. Put yourself in the frame of someone who might be buying or selling a house. Would you register? Would you browse the site? Do you get the sense that it's all a sells pitch etc. I'm not trying to mislead anyone with the site which is why I would like your feedback.

Hi, I also was looking for a portal system that can be used as property showcase/search site (just for fun... I am not in that business) I looked at az-living briefly. My comments: - too crowded, you should simplify it. - first thing I was looking was the "SEARCH for properties" link/picture. Where was it? - also e-mail notification for new properties is a must to have..
