I just installed Geeklog v1.3.6 on my second site (www.venicearts.com/bulletinboard.htm), and I want to thank everyone involved in the development of this elegant product. Special thanks to Blaine for his chatterblock and file management plug-ins. Any plans for the COM_emailUserTopics() function to be put to use? It would be nice if users could request new stories be emailed automatically. I noticed a comment in the body of the function says that usersettings.php needs to be modified ... ? Thank you again! I assume you're referring to some old and unused code in usersettings.php. What you want is already implemented, but in a slightly different way. Read this story for the details.
