can you change the logo on the top left corner? if you can how?

Of course you can - Look at the header.thtml file under each theme layout directory. Refer to the documentation as well on theme design.

You can also right click on the image find the target and use that image as your template to edit as your own logo. Replace it with your edited image and bang your site is starting to some together.
