Expanded Search Results

In looking at the new config.php, I notice a section for configuring expanded search results (show title with summary). Is this feature implemented in GL 1.3.8rc1? I have not seen the feature work on a clean install of GL 1.3.8rc1. Thanks, squatty

After searching for problem on my site, I see that it is a plugins responsibility to add the expanded search functionanlity. Though I would think it should pickup the stories.

Expanded results will not be supported. What you have is remnants of what I was yanking out. The 1.3.8 search code was refactored a bit to be OO-based and easier to maintain. Not sure if it really is easier to maintain but it sure is easier to read ;-) Search will be improved more between now and the final .8 release.
The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.
