Ranking Description Settings Not Working

For some reason the ranking description settings on my messageboard do not work. I have the rank levels predefined but no matter how many posts a person has, their rank never shows up. Am I missing something here? Can anyone help me out?

There was a bug, I don\'t it has been fixed, but I could be wrong.
