Transfer current gl to another host

I just wanted to know how would i be able to transfer my current gl to another host? Question

Simple:
  • do a backup of your database
  • install all the files on the new host
  • instead of running the install script, import your database
  • if your URL changed and you\'re on 1.3.7sr2: run this script to fix the URLs in the What\'s Related blocks
