I'm pleased to announce the 1.3 releases of the Stock Quotes, News, and Weather phpblocks. The blocks are available for download here.

Included in this release is the new caching architecture, which is entirely MySQL driven. The new caching makes the blocks easier to install and reduces the issues with "stale content".

Please give the new blocks a try and let me know what you think? I've included an upgrade section in the README for those of you running previous versions.
