Hi! I wrote \"Simple Registration\" hack for GL. Instead of to mail password to user, it allows to enter and confirm password by user. I understand, that this feature is not safe for some kind of robots. I suppose to have a time to complete my begining with random number confirmation (user also should enter randomly generated numbers, displayed as picture under password confirmation field). Do you interest in such feature? It was done with little code change of GL 1.3.8rc2 (\"custom registration form\" does not allows this). Also this thing is enables from confog.php, and \"custom registration form\" is not touched.

I too run Geek Log off a Mac OSX server and I would like to have the email function removed.

I'm interested in this hack. Does this work under 1.3.9?
