Safe Mode error

Hi My geeklog now is fully working apart from one thing, well two if I use the file management plugin!, the DB Backup feature reports Safe Mode restrictions when Safe Mode has been disabled and the host restarted the necessacry files and whatnot to make it take effect! Any ideas? Thanks

Well, if it really says \"Safe Mode restrictions\" then that message comes from PHP (not Geeklog) which means that Safe Mode is still on in PHP ... bye, Dirk

Thats what I first thought then I re-uploaded some of the installl directory and Info.php reports its off!

no it doesn't both need to = Off as far as i know.

yeah for some reason, the server keeps turning safe mode back on, my host has looked at it, they\'re not sure, so the datacentre are now looking into it for them.
