Intro Text in Stories

Forgive me if this is an easy question, I\'m new to GL... We have the queue turned off so that stories don\'t have to be approved to be posted. I was wondering if there is anyway that the story can have the intro text added so that the admins don\'t have to go in a edit each story. Or if there is a way to add the Intro Field/Story Body Field to the submission page, like is availvable on the story edit page? Thanks. And kudos for all the great work. P.S. Is there any way that the comments can only be seen by the author of the story?
