Where is the Weather Plugin

Can someone please direct me to where I can find the WEATHER PLUGIN? I have searched the plugin section and only found 2 pages of files and none of them is the weather plugin. I am hoping I can use something that is current weather and seven day forecast. Thanks in advance Ola

You can get it here. I have not uploaded any of my plugins here yet...as they are in release candidate stage.
