Static Page Center Blocks

The new additions to the Static Pages plugin are wonderfull. It adds greatly to the geeklog\'s capabilities.
Now that static pages can behave as blocks, in version 1.3.8, does that mean there is a way for users to be able to turn them on and off as they would regular news blocks in the user preferences?
I have some center blocks that are on the bottom of certain portal (topic) pages, and would like users to be able to remove them if desired, as part of their \"News Box Configuration\".

Centerblocks don\'t show up in the Admin\'s block menu, so you can\'t do that. They are completely under the plugin\'s control.
Actually, they are something that normal blocks are not: They are dynamic.
