Portal block doesn\'t work

My geeklog 1.3.8 doesn\'t show any portal blocks with RDF feeds.
I\'ve got a message: \"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xml_parser_create() in /.../lib-common.php...\".
What shall I fix?

That sounds like your PHP has been built without the XML parser functions (which is a bit odd, since they are enabled by default).
If you\'re on your own server, rebuild PHP and make sure you don\'t have
--disable-xml in the parameters for the configure script. Otherwise, you will need to contact your hosting service.

What OS are you running? There may actually be a package or rpm for php4-xml which will save you from rebuilding php.
