Daily Digest - cron windows ?

Could someone describe what windows users could do to set up a \'cron\' job for the Daily Digest.
In Windows we have task scheduler
In Coldfusion you have scheduled tasks
Can\'t we do something here to initiate the script by a service on the windows server?
Any thoughts would be appreciated, and perhaps the FAQ could be updated as well.
