Strange Problem

I have a site where logged in users don\'t get all the logged in user features and I don\'t know why. For instance they can get to most things but Chatterbox tell them they need to be a registered user and I have a plugin where the page wont show up as if they were anonymous. Any ideas before I replace most of the files?
