Has anyone developed or is anybody currently developing a random quote plugin / block? I\'m looking for a way to display random quotes in a block similar to the QOTD block, but with my own self defined content.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I\'d really appreciate it.

There\'s actually a few variations of a random quote block. Did you try searching this site? Try using the word fortune too.
I know of one that you can grab here. If your running a *NIX system, you can also pull quotes directly from fortune (/usr/games/fortune).

I\'m currently using the QOTD block that you directed me to and it works great for it\'s purpose.
What I\'m looking for now is something where I can define by OWN quotes - specifically, I want to implement a \"Did you know...\" block, where visitors to my site will be informed of random tips and hints on how to use the web site more effectively.
