Documentation for Administrators (non-technical)

I\'m looking at using web portal software (either geeklog or postnuke) to run a portal to get used essentially as groupware for the board of a non-profit social service agency. The functions I want are forums, calandering, and downloads. Is there adminstrator documentation for geeklog, as opposed to install documentation. Our Linux tech will do the install, but I\'m going to be stuck with the configuration and administration/mantenance. What would anybody suggest? How hard is it to administer Geeklog? My coding experince is limited to a bit of HTML and basic from 1980. Thanks Steve
