\"Post a comment\" & \"Most Recent Post\"

I see that once someone posts a comment, the \"Post a comment\" link gets replaced by \"Most Recent Post: Date by Author\" text. How do I keep the \"Post a comment\" link and have it not show the \"Most Recent Post\" text at all? Thanks.
