Moved site to new server and can't submit new stories

Today I moved my site (http://www.grayonline.id.au/) from a slower machine to a shiney faster machine. Everything seems to be working fine except registered users (as best I can tell) cannot submit or publish new stories. Here's the sequence of events:
1. Click the submit.php link (my site has "Submit Story" instead of "Get Published&quotWink
2. Up comes a list of stories in the system (eh?)
3. Click on "New Story" (admin/story.php?mode=edit)
4. Up comes a list of stories in the syetem (again).
5. Click on an existing story's number to edit will display the list of stories in the system (yet again).
6. Flush all cache data, cookies etc try again (even as a different user).

Strangely though, unregistered users get the submission screen etc. Any ideas?? BTW, I'm runing GL 1.3.7SR2 (planning on 1.3.8 soon - but I want to nail this glitch first).

Thanks in advance,

James
