Is there anyway for me to have the blocks on the right side displayed all the time like the left side blocks are? The right side blocks disappear when viewing certain pages (i.e. forum)

many of the stories I added also got rid of the right blocks until I realized that a width = in the html had to be 100% to make the story fit within the left and right blocks. If I put a number, like 450 pixels, it would skew the page. Try checking your html on stories and make sure any widths of the stories equals 100% and not a pixel value.
