Date and time in header fails language shift

Hi Guys,
I am working with another language as default and I notice that the date and time does not change in the header. I can see the days and monthes are in the .calendar php section of lib-common.
Any one know the correct syntax to get that to change?

Unfortunately, Geeklog\'s handling of these issues is less than optimal (to put it mildly). For some things, it uses the web server\'s locale while others are pulled from the language file.
