Geeklog Forums

Hi, Could someone tell me if the bulletin board portion of Geek Log is the same as phpbb (http://phpbb.com/)? I am very interested in using geeklog on my site, however I have to make sure the forum portion is the same as phpbb because one of the services I want to use is a site that scans forum bulletin boards and for the service to do this with my site, my forum has to be compatible/similar to phpbb. Hope this makes sense. Thanks! Kay

not want to answer your question The forum plugin as shown here is not phpBB but has borrowed the icons. It is a 100% new code developed specifically as a Geeklog plugin. It\'s integrated with the GL User permission system and Plugin API\'s.
