still can\'t log in as moderator or admin. I CAN do that in the normal section but not in the admin pages. The pass is right, i know that for sure, otherwise i will not be showned as logged in. There is a cookie present in my cache. Only problem i can think off is my blocked standard 8080 port. (is 3333 now) Can someone please help me with this cause i like geeklog and i need to get it to work very badly. Thanx

As already mentioned in this thread you need to set the $_CONF[\'cookiedomain\'] variable in config.php if the URL to your site includes a port number. Did you do that? bye, Dirk

I did that and looks like this now: $_CONF[\'cookiedomain\'] = \'http://[my_ip]:3333\'; where [my_ip] is my ip

That\'s not correct, it should just hold your IP (or, preferrably, your domain name, if your have one), e.g. $_CONF[\'cookiedomain\'] = \'127.0.0.1\'; or $_CONF[\'cookiedomain\'] = \'.example.com\'; bye, Dirk
