First, I would like to say thanks.. for creating this cms.. and its open source.. free.. and so on.. thanks..

Things that could be cool to have in a new version or update..

1. A small block or something.. displaying newest member and total members..

2. More to come.. just forgotten what I had to say

You mean like this block? The formatting has gone awry, but it should still work.

Generally speaking, blocks are add-ons that you can develop yourself - don't expect things like this to make it into the core code. There are a lot of Blocks already available - just look around on the usual sites.
