IRCtoo irc network gets geeklog!

The IRCtoo internet relay chat network has used geeklog in an effort to bring a more community feeling with the userbase. The irc network, reachable by irc.irctoo.net has integrated java chat, cgi chat, journals, and the geeklog base together in its revamped site.
