Hey I saw how to do this once before but now I can't find it. I need to set the front page to where only 3 stories appear.

I need everyone to see it like this so the 'preferences' way is ruled out. Like I said, I saw it somewhere before but can't remember.

$_CONF['limitnews'] = 6;
