For some reason whenever someone signs up for a new account they get the error message 1062: Duplicate entry '195' for key 1


the '195' increments....


when i go under phpmyadmin and look at gl_users i can see the user was added and I have confirmed that the email gets sent. However I can't click on the >> or the > at the bottom of the page to browse the next page in phpmyadmin, it just hangs up.
Any thought, ideas, or suggestions?

So does anyone have a clue what this could be caused by?

I've tried restoring the database from a backup
with no luck.

For some reason I can browse the gl_users table in phpmyadmin now.

Everything works, email gets sent, the user gets added, but the error message is annoying...
Help!
