Use your favorite text editor. The 'T' stands for "template", and other than the occasional {variables}, they are just plain HTML files.
A word of warning: Some so-called "WYSIWYG" HTML editors (such as Dreamweaver, GoLive, FrontPage, ...) may add tags that they think are missing (as sometimes tables are opened in one .thtml file and closed in another). So make sure you're using an application that doesn't try to be too smart ...

I do use GoLive however. And its doesnt change the encoding or structure unless asked to, so it should work fine... In fact it does work fine, ive been changing my thtml files and everything thing works, the only problem is that GoLive does not no what to do with a .thtml file. So everytime I have to make a change to one of the template files, i have to change it to html, modify it, and change it back. Kind of a pain. Anyone have any ideas for making that process faster (while using GoLive)?
