Getting this error with Gallery Block v1.2, Geeklog v1.3.8-1sr2 and Gallery 1.4-pl1

yah, i know we hate bumps, but i'm just curious if anybody else ran across this error with this plugin and knows how to fix it?

2nd to that, will there be a gallery 1.4-pl2 integrated for geeklog package released?
