I wanted to change themes
How do I cahnge them for all users at once? I cahnged it once...But I cant remember how! Tell me....also how do i add orums?

Try this...

You can also remove all themes except the one you wish to keep. I do not believe this will cause an error for users who switched it in their preferences. Trial and error

As far as I understand that won't make sense. These topics are a part of you geeklog, pointing to the categories you defined.
You could ad your own menus using e.g the menu plugin pointing to wherever you want.
