Smooth_Blue for Forum?

I've installed Forum 2.2RC1 (on GL 1.3.8-1SR2) and I wanted to edit the style sheet to get it to fit well with the Smooth_Blue theme. I played around with it for hours before I noticed that this GL site does have the forum style integrated nicely using the Smooth_Blue theme. I thought I might be able to copy the forumstyle.cc file, but it looks like one is not being used. This site seems to have forum style entries in the style.css.

What version of the Forum plugin is used here?

How can I get this theme integration?

Forum 2.3 - which has not been released yet.

There is no Smooth Blue theme for the "old" (2.2) forum, as far as I know.
