Moving file errors from Filemgmt

Whenever I am logged in as admin and try to upload files from the filemgmt interface, no matter what the size, I always receive the error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/filemgmt_data/files/From Autumn to Ashes - Short Stories With Tragic Endings.gp4): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kotlcl/public_html/admin/plugins/filemgmt/index.php on line 776

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/phpIVPmR4' to '/filemgmt_data/files/From Autumn to Ashes - Short Stories With Tragic Endings.gp4' in /home/kotlcl/public_html/admin/plugins/filemgmt/index.php on line 776

I got so desperate as to chmod everything in there to 777. Any ideas? Thanks.

Have you tried a few small files less then 2meg with simple one word names - no spaces?

Yes, everything from a meg file to a simple "install.txt" will not be moved. Any suggestions?

Sounds like permissions then. Have you tried setting the directories to 777 ?

For some hosting environments, this is required
