I am running GL 1.3.7sr2. What is the name of the file I need to upgrade to.1.3.8-1sr3

1.3.7? Are you sure or was that a typo?

If so, you have 2 options:

• Download the 1.3.7sr3 and 1.3.7sr4 upgrades, so that you get to 1.3.7sr4 or
  
• Download the full 1.3.8-1sr3 tarball and do an upgrade, as explained in the installation instructions (basically doing a fresh install of all the files and then running the install script in upgrade mode).
  

If, however, you're on 1.3.8-1sr2 now, then all you need is this file.
