I still dont get it.

It is a path problem, i.e. one of the paths you have to edit / enter during installation is not correct.

From the error message, I'd say that the path to config.php in lib-common.php is not an absolute path. It seems you have 'home/cody/...' there, but it should (probably) be '/home/cody/...' - note the leading slash.
