I am just trying to find the path to mysqldump_path.
The defult is not working.
I do have phpMyAdmin 2.3.2 on my sight.
But I don't want to let my Admin get to it.
And I have never used phpMyAdmin. So I am not still playing with it. Is there a place in phpMyAdmin that well tell me were the path is to the mysqldump?

phpMyAdmin isn't using mysqldump.

mysqldump is usually either in /usr/bin/ or /usr/local/bin/. If you can't find it, ask your hostings service for help ...

bye, Dirk

Well, maybe they simply didn't install it. Or don't want you to use it (for whatever reason).

And if you're not happy with your hosting service ... I guess you know what to do.

bye, Dirk

If you have shell access, try the command "which mysqldump" .
