Is there anyone there will give away a complete installation include all the plugin like:
HTML WYSIWYG Editor.
GL1.3.6_Gallery1.3.1.
Gallery Random Photo.
Forum.
That will be the best Cristmas present.

The problem would be maintaining such a beast. You would have to try and stay up to date with all the things you bundled, continually re-relasing the package.
And, of course, different people would have different ideas of which plugins should go into the package in the first place ...
In other words: I don't think there is such a thing. You will have to download all the plugins individually.

On the Windows side, the is aeonserv, which installes apache, mysql, and geeklog, along with perl and php, and a bunch of geeklog plugins. I dont' think there is a *nix equivalent though, for exactly the reasons Dirk specified.
