Poll settings /more icons?

1.I just can't figure out why, when a new poll is made, takes one vote and then the "vote" buttons disappear. Any one knows? 2. Are there any more icons available for configuring diverse activities available in the site?

Isn't that supposed to happen? You make a vote and then the vote button disappears so that you cannot vote again. 2. Are there any more icons available for configuring diverse activities available in the site?
