I am able to log in but I can't edit anything. Also two different people with different user names cannot do from same PC, maybe because IP issue? Any advise?, please.
Finnaly, Server owner refuces to allow config.php anywhere else but public, need advise here too.

Uff now whe clicking on the site links, it shows server error! ALSO

Just like that links ar active again. mmm.. suspect server management fulling around. please disregard ONLY about links, and still keep active the original request.

Fixed it!! had to do with the server fellow trying to accomodate the config.php file. Sorry, GL is the best and had nothing to do with it. You guys have all the reason in the world not to be arrogant.
