since every time I add code to open a popup window when a user clicks an image, the code somehow dissapears and only blank spaces are left.
Basically i want a popup html window after a user clicks a link or image in the story editor... is this possible? and how?

Per default, Geeklog strips script tags - for what I hope are obvious reasons. You'll have to add it to the list of acceptable tags in config.php (and I strongly suggest to only add it to the admin portion ...).
