Geeklog-SQL performance question

Start my geeklog site, performances is very good.
After 1-2 hour, the performances decrease until 50-60 second for creating page.
If restart MySQL service, the performances return OK.

Any idea?

Geeklog latest version, Mac OS X 10.2.8, PHP 4.3, MySQL 4.0.12
